Strengthened by unity, love and respect; dedicated to forming a fun group of female riders; promoting the interests of women motorcycle enthusiasts. Currently, our group members consists of new riders; not so new riders; those not yet riding, but working towards it; and those sisters who are a very important part of our group's backbone, that do not plan to ride at all.

JULY 16, 2008 = RIDE TO WORK DAY This year’s “17th Annual Ride to Work Day” is July 16, 2008. That’s just another typical day for many of us. Although we ride for many different reasons, most of us feel a connection with other motorcyclists when we pass each other on the road. However, one reason for riding that we increasingly have in common, not to mention supporting “Ride to Work Day,” is the PRICE OF FUEL. Don’t only ride your motorcycle to work on July 16, but as often as you can. Show ‘em that riding a motorcycle is not only more fun and invigorating, but easier on your pocket book. |

| | Just Do It! That's what Carla King says everytime she embarks on a solo motorcycle trip Carla called the WRN offices last week to tell us about her recent motorcycle trip to China. Yes, China! If you're a regular reader of WRN, you may already know Carla. She became known in motorcycle circles when she rode a Ural sidecar alone around the perimeter of the U.S. She then wrote an entertaining book about this solo adventure. She's also ridden by herself in many foreign countries. ~ MSF Motorcycle Challenge is a free online interactive skills test. The skills test ranges from basic to advanced questions with A,B or C answers set up in a virtual environment. All questions place you in precarious situations that you may frequently encounter on your daily commutes, such as wildlife, rocks on a curve and blind intersections.
