Women's Riding Club

Who We Are

Building our home on a foundation strengthened by unity, love and respect; Road Candy, an American Motorcyle Association (AMA) chartered riding club; a brainchild of Kelley C. (Klover) and Michelle G. (Sparky) was formed in February 2008.

We are a diverse group of strong, creative and talented ladies.  Dedicated to forming a fun group of female riders; promoting the interests of women motorcycle enthusiasts - Be it riders, future riders or those just interested in learning about motorcycles.

Currently, our group members consists of new riders; not so new riders; those not yet riding, but working towards it; and those sisters who are a very important part of our group's backbone, that do not plan to ride at all.

We are multi-faceted; a phenomenal bunch from varying walks of life ... career women; mothers; grandmothers; wives; girlfriends; dating singles; etc. - All intelligent, independent, strong-hearted beauties - paving our way with "unique flay-va" ... at full throttle - breaking-up asphalt, creating "road candy" for those who follow.

We strive for sisterhood; a drama-free; hater-free group enviornment. We do not tolerate attitudes/behavior that fall short of RESPECT.

All bikes, regardless of make or model are welcomed.  Whether rider or passenger; single or married; mother or grandmother - Women of all ages, nationality, background and sexual orientation are welcomed with open arms!

Our group recognizes the need for members to maintain their individuality.  Therefore, we do not have a unified "dress code".  We do however, have member patches; and soon to come, t-shirts; and other group-related items.  To join Road Candy, new members are required to complete the MEMBERSHIP FORMand once voted-in, establish an AMA membership; pay a $40.00 initiation fee + $20 first month dues; and purchase our club patch.  There is a 1 month probationary period for all new members.

Current members reside in the San Gabriel Valley, and Inland Empire areas. We have monthly meetings and attend social events in proximity to member's residing cities.  As we grow, we plan to participate in charity events.
